Overview
Black pools of water stand like dark mirrors in and around the muddy roadway. Giant trees loom on both sides of the road, their branches clawing at the mist.
What the party knows
The Old Svalich Road runs the full length of the Valley of Barovia, from the Gates of Barovia in the east to the Village of Krezk in the west. On either side, the Svalich Woods loom darkly.
